“Constructive really helps to reduce the time taken for appointments as clients have pre-filled a lot of items and already know what they would like to upgrade — and what the cost will be,” explains Tricia.
Making selections and viewing progress remotely
Constructive has been helpful for servicing remote clients, too.
“As some of our clients are from country areas or live far away, it’s been great for them to be able to see the progress photos of their home without traveling,” explains Tricia.
“It’s saved time and reduced questions during the construction period because they can easily log in themselves and see the progress.”
Online Selections means these remote clients can make Selections from wherever they’re based and at times that work for their lifestyle. “Many clients are unable to do a Selections appointment in person, so Constructive has been great for them.”

“Allsteel’s estimating and construction team really like the colours document,” says Tricia. “Once, we had an incorrect door delivered and the trade was able to recognise this immediately from the colour photo in the documentation and avoid a mistake.”
